Changes and release notes to v1.3.1:

* The aircraft *-set file was split into three parts: 
  A common part ec145-base.xml and 
  the two model specific h145-set.xml and ec145-set.xml . 
  ec145-base.xml is included from those 
  two via <PropertyList include="ec145-base.xml">
  
  The split was also done for main model, instruments and
  mainpanel and the filenames for the EC145 are often having
  "-C2" to indicate that they are for the 
  BK117C2 (i.e. the EC145).

* More instruments (GNS430, Comm[0], KNS80, CDU) 
  were connected to the electrical model 
  via new voltage outputs and property rules that 
  test conditions on these voltage outputs nodes, for 
  each instrument.    
  See in Systems/electrical.xml and Systems/filter.xml. 
  This replaces some of the simple conditions on
  overhead panel switches found in v1.3. 
  These were replaced by the above.

* The local copies of kns80 and kx165 were removed, 
  and replaced again by the global models in
  /Instruments-3d/.. because they just contained
  electrical connection code now implemented via the
  electrical model.
  See in Systems/electrical.xml and Systems/filter.xml.

  the instrument model, but by using the electrical model
  instead.

* Instruments on centre console re-arranged because 
  one transponder removed (why did we need two
  transponders?).
  
* Avionics background sound connected to the electrical model 
  via voltage outputs for avio[0] or avio[1] buses
  (instead of OH panel switches).

* The rotor brake was removed from the overhead panel. 
  The rotor brake is located on the cockpit floor
  right hand side of the pilot seat in all the 
  EC/H-145 models, not in the OH panel. 
  A rotor brake lever was added there 
  in the ec145.ac main 3D model.
  
* All analog gauges used in the EC-145 were copied from 
  the common FG instruments-3d folder to the aircraft
  Models/instruments folder and their textures improved 
  (high-res and made more EC-145 specific, where needed)

* All bezels of analog gauges were included in the mainpanel
  3D model to allow for the shadow maps to work properly
  
* A moving map (DMAP) screen page was added to the Helionix 
  centre MFD screen, based on the FG1000 code (in fact the 
  whole map display approach was duplicated from the GNS430 
  code). See changes in Nasal/FGUK1000.nas. 
  Object 'Screen4' in the mainpanel model in
  Models/mainpanel/fg1000-dmap.xml included into  
  Models/mainpanel/ec145-main-panel.xml is used for
  FG1000 map.
  
* The GNS430 was extended to use the map zoom with 
  the available 'RNG' buttons of the GNS430 3D model.

* Controls: The cyclic stick grip and two different variants of the 
  collective lever for H-145 and EC-145 (with functional
  "twist grips"), respectively. 

* Cockpit doors interior and the headset holder located 
  at the centre windshield spar 
  were modelled in 3D. 

* The text messages on the Helionix FND masterlist are 
  now coloured according to priority.

* A quickstart option was added to the main menue that 
  starts engines and rotors as fast as possible without making 
  use of the realistic engine startup procedure.
  
* The EC-145 specific manual startup procedure was added 
  to aircraft checklists (twist grip settings are needed for start!).
  
* The AP control panel texture was improved (hi-res marking and 
  literals). The AP control panel buttons bindings are now compatible 
  with the fg  standard autopilot properties.
