Here is a rescue operation  animation.

=> 1/    You have to include the  model Rescue-Op.xml  at the right place on your model with 
        <model>

        BEWARE: the offset value are the place of the object , with top of the rope under bottom of the winch.
        the rope has 10 meters lengh
        
=> 3/      Don't forget to  give the right initialization value to the property
