  23. In a tragic event this helicopter crashed on Feb.10, 2018 in Grand Canyon near
  24. Quartermaster landing zone near Peach Springs, Arizona.
  25. 5 out of 7 occupants died due to the post impact fire. The pilot and one passenger
  26. suffered severe burns.

  30. A flight in this very EC130-B4 N155GC over Grand Canyon in Sept. 2011 was unforgettable.
  31. This experience together with a passion for RC model helicopters started the whole
  32. FlightGear activity for the EC130 model.
  33. It was the motivation to try and prepare a model as close as possible to the machine we
  34. had been flying. In a sense it ignited the whole effort to dig into FlightGear and
  35. keep on improving despite all the obstacles on the long way to learn how to do a
  36. real advanced model in a simulator.
  37. The model has a minimum of equipment but one of the most beautiful liveries.
